Quickly Blends a Full Drum
Steel, plastic or fiber drum rotation mixing provides a gentle, safe and speedy way for blending dry-dry, dry-wet or wet-wet ingredients whether finished food with particulate, multiple food or beverage ingredients. Corner-over-corner or end-over-end mixing is an excellent way to quickly agitate, recondition or process-in-the-drum any ingredients that you prefer to not expose to the atmosphere, and are immediately ready-for-shipment. Any dry or wet materials that are hard to handle, are shear sensitive, subject to frothing or have varying particulate sizes, are usually best mixed with this method. These rotators thoroughly and quickly blend powders, liquids or other materials in sealed drums. This safety mixing method enables much speedier work, with little risk!
The DM-300MAR Series of corner-over-corner, single or double drum rotators agitate drum contents on 3 axis, ensuring ingredient uniformity in the quickest possible time. This method provides better compound homogeneity than other types of closed drum mixing as the rotation forces contents into continuous random mixing pattern. Various models and features are available for hoist or self loading, stainless steel and wash-down duty for sanitary operations, pneumatic or electric mixer drives, and many other options.
